Boricua Tag Team Match demonstrates the value that AEW gives to Puerto Rico's pro wrestlers

A few moments ago in AEW Dark, we watched a tag team match between Puerto Rican pro wrestlers 'Proud N Powerful' Ortíz and Santana against Jon Cruz and Danny Limelight.

Although it was a short match with P.N.P. winning the contest, this shows that All Elite Wrestling bets on the Puerto Rican talent they have in their roster. Ortíz and Santana's victory over Cruz and Limelight shows the advantage they have going into the important match they will have tomorrow on AEW Dynamite against Sammy Guevara and Jake Hager, and Chris Jericho and MJF, in what will be the first match between the members of the Inner Circle.

Cruz, from Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and Limelight, nuyorican, have had several appearances on AEW in the past. Last Wednesday night on AEW Dynamite, Limelight had a tag team match with The Varsity Blondes and faced off against the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers.
