RAW: A night of legends and a night of a very special challenge

The first Monday Night Raw of the new year was dedicated to the legacy of various WWE legends who over the years have paved the way for today's superstars. This type of event is an unexpected one and you never know who will turn around and show up during the night.

On this edition of Raw Legends Night Hulk Hogan, Jimmy Hart, Teddy Long, Alicia Fox, Tatanka, Mickie James, Sgt. Slaughter, Ric Flair, Mark Henry, IRS, Molly Holly, Melina, The Boogeyman, Booker T, Torrie Wilson and Ron Simmons were the legends who had their special participation in which they brought us many memories of the past. But the big surprise of the night was at the conclusion of the title match between Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee. Goldberg made his return to the red mark by challenging the WWE Champion to a title match at Royal Rumble.

Raw Legends Night was a night packed with a lot of ring action and legends we hadn't seen in WWE in a long time. These special shows are very important as they not only pay tribute to the legends, but also let this generation of new fans know how important these wrestlers are and in some cases, have never seen before.
